They let us in about 10 minutes before the show was supposed to start. I met a girl and her mom waiting in line, so I sat with them. The venue was club-like with a bar and tables and chairs all in the front of the stage. It was a very intimate atmosphere. I sat at one of the tables toward the back, but where Joy was on the stage, I was directly in front of her, so I got some good shots of her because I didn't have to move around to see her or anything! So, there was Joy and Amber of Everly, songwriter Jeff Cohen, Jaron from Evan and Jaron, and Lila McCann. They each took turns singing one of their songs (the order: Jeff, Lila, Jaron, Everly) and they did 5 rounds of that. Everly sang Sweetest Thing, Stars, Right Time, Girl & The Moon (which Joy wrote about Michael), and Home Is Me-You Are Mine. I couldn't get a CD b/c I didn't have anymore cash. Anyway, after they were done, a whole bunch of people went up to the stage to get autographs and stuff. Joysaid that after they were done packing up that she would meet us over by the bar where they were selling the CD's. The owners kept trying to get us to leave because they needed to let the people waiting for the late show come in, but Joy and Amber kept signing and taking pictures! I had made a little thing for her wishing her a happy birthday that I gave to her and she signed a coaster from the table that I sat at! :) Unfortunately, my camera's battery started dying toward the end, so a girl said she would take it with her camera and I gave her my e-mail address for her to send it to me! I really hope she sends it soon, b/c that's like the only picture I really care about! And the girl that I sat with is gonna send me some pictures b/c she had a fancy camera, so her's probably came out much better than mine! After I got Joy's autograph, I tried to get Amber's, but there was so many people and the owners were kicking us out, so I just had to leavewithout Amber's autograph. :( But Joy was really sweet and quiet. And she was so small! I felt like a giant compared to her! I felt like I was hovering over her and I wanted to crouch down at her level! I told her that I saw her at the charity game last year, but wasn't able to really get my picture with her, and she just nodded, and was like, "Oh, yeah?" She was able to talk more with other people because the line started dwindling down, but I wanted to let other people get their chance, so I just got my autograph and picture and made my way out. Anyway, as I was driving away, I drove by the venue and Joy and Amber had come out and were standing IN THE STREET still talking to people and signing autographs! If I had hung outside a little bit longer before I got in my car, I probably would have caught them come out and I would have stayed for as long as I could and talked to them, but oh well! I mean, that's how dedicated to their fans they are. Theywere standing next to the curb on the street because they couldn't be in the venue anymore! So, that's pretty much it! :) -Jessica

Okay, so yesterday, me and my friends got to the mall at like 10-10:15 and we there was a line that was like 5 stores down from the "CW lounge". Then at 12, they announced that James and Joy were in the mall! Everyone started screaming and then they eventually came down the stairs after like 20 min-a half hour.. it was very exciting! and everyone was taking pictures. James looked very skinny, compared to how he looks on TV although that might have to do with the cameras and stuff. I don't know though. And then when I finally got up there, I was so starstuck that I couldn't say anything! I was just like "Hi!" and they both said "Hey, thanks for coming out.." or what ever.. IT WAS AMAZINGG! Then we got to come back like and hour and a half later and we got to make shirts that said "Free to be _______" I made mine say "Free to be cool" (which is what the OTH one is if you didn't know) Then you could have the CW people take your picture and you could possibly be on TV. Of course, the computer/camera had to break RIGHT when me and my friends were next.. so we left.. -Eileen
